Will the Juice Pack fit the 3G iPhone?

 

Unfortunately, the current design is intended for use with the first generation Apple iPhone ONLY.

 

The dimensions of the 3G iPhone will not allow for cross compatibility.  Mophie will be releasing a new version of the Juice Pack for the 3G iPhone in early September.

What are the steps needed to change from the current smartphone device I have with 4SmartPhone to the iphone?

There is actually nothing special to do.  All you need is to configure your iPhone to connect to our servers ... and you are done.  The iPhone configuration instructions are already available in your mailbox manager under Get Started > ActiveSync .
